Dr. Palreddy started his career working on Vortex-2 X band weather radar for Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) as part of his MSEE research...

Dr. Palreddy started his career working on Vortex-2 X band weather radar for Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) as part of his MSEE research, he then worked at Microwave Engineering Corporation as Lead Engineer and then moved to Viasat as a Lead Systems Architect and worked on multi-band ground station systems and Satellite Payloads. He then worked at Antenna Research Associates as Chief Technical Officer for 8 years, helping turn the company around financially and assisted in acquisitions of companies and helped grow the revenue and profit of the company. Dr. Palreddy started working for Azista in July 2023 and he is a senior member of IEEE. Dr. Palreddy has BSEE, MSEE from University of Massachusetts, Amherst and Ph.D. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University, he also took Finance classes at Georgia Tech. He wrote more than 20 journal and conference papers, and holds multiple patents.

Jairam joined Azista in 2018 as a Technical Business Development Executive, where he focused on product strategy for Advanced Composites. Before joining Azista, he worked with the Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO), specializing in the development and vibration analysis of intake systems for twin spool turbo fan engines. He holds an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington - Seattle and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum Master.
