Business Development Manager

Jairam today leads Azista's global business development initiatives, driving growth through strategic planning client relationship management, and overseeing project execution and risk management. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), Jairam provides technical support, develops proposals, and ensures the seamless integration of technical solutions into business strategies.

Jairam joined Azista in 2018 as a Technical Business Development Executive, where he focused on product strategy for Advanced Composites. Before joining Azista, he worked with the Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO), specializing in the development and vibration analysis of intake systems for twin spool turbo fan engines. He holds an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington - Seattle and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum Master.
